My journey in Field Operations has taken me from Field Technician to corporate senior management, and presented unexpected opportunities to develop and launch new processes and procedures. Each move brought opportunities to learn different aspects of the industry and the business.
"Having an understanding of the technicians' day-to-day requirements has translated directly to my continuing professional growth and development. Today I am a Senior Director within our Field Operations Standards and Compliance group. What is the Future Leaders program?
Spectrum employs over 95,000 people in 41 states and across multiple industries.
