We are excited to recognize DeAdria, a Senior Director on our Customer Operations team, as our August Employee Spotlight. We recently had the chance to catch up with DeAdria and learn about her career here at Spectrum.

What do you do at Spectrum?
I am the Customer Service Senior Director for our Morrisville, North Carolina Contact Center located in the Raleigh/Durham area. I am responsible for training and developing the 400+ employees in my organization to provide excellent levels of Customer Service. This October will be my sixth year with Spectrum.

Why did you take your current role at Spectrum? What motivates you each day?
I took on my current role with Spectrum to motivate our employees to build careers with our organization. I started as an agent in a call center like many of our employees, and have worked my way to my current position as Senior Director. I can relate to the employees within my organization and I work to show them that they can build a fulfilling career right here at Spectrum.

What is it like to work at Spectrum?
At Spectrum, we are constantly reviewing our current tool options to ensure that we can do our job as efficiently as possible. We have a culture that encourages employee feedback. We listen to our employees and take action to make Spectrum a great place to work. My colleagues are amazing and everyone is always open and willing to help. We all have the same goal, which is to provide a great product with great customer service.

What do you see your future being like at Spectrum?
My future here at Spectrum is very bright. In my six years with the organization, I have been promoted two times. Spectrum has a large number of opportunities all over the United States in just about any career path. I see myself continuing my path of leadership and continuing to make a positive impact on as many employees and customers as possible.
