Highlights
The Strategic Account Manager for Hospitality is responsible for dedicated account management of an assigned module for Spectrum Enterprise market clients. This field-based position will focus on the protection and growth of existing revenues through proactive management of client relationships.

What you will do
  • Serve as client advocate within the fast-growing business
  • Develop client-centric solutions highlighting product benefits
  • Facilitate face-to-face meetings to pursue renewal opportunities
  • Deliver proposals to promote new revenue
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue goals
  • Maintain client database
  • Establish data control procedures and work with regulatory agencies as needed
  • Collaborate with others to resolve issues and enhance the client experience
  • Attend training to remain current on pricing, order entry, and commission reports
  • Assist with account collections when necessary
  • Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned
Required keys for success
  • Five years of experience with strategic sales or account management
  • Skilled in quickly conducting cost analysis and providing recommendations
  • Proven sales record, meeting monthly goals
  • Aptitude for identifying and cultivating market opportunities
  • Collaborative team member, able to multitask and manage change
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills
How you will stand out from the crowd
  • Five years of industry experience with advanced voice and data networking
  • Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
  • Experience in data, voice, cloud, video solutions or premise-based sales
  • Confidence in communicating technical information to high-level clients
  • Deadline-driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by a commission based model
  • Coachable, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with our product suite
Your education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (preferred)

  • Frequent travel (30%) in a personal vehicle
