JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the management and operational performance of Charter’s Supply Chain in support of Mobile Devices and Accessories. Provides direction and leads teams responsible for supply planning, establishing the demand planning, purchasing forecast, retail replenishment, mobile device budget and outlook forecast, vendor collaborative planning forecasting and replenishment and purchase order creation and management.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for planning and spend management attributed to multi-billion dollar budget in support of Mobile Devices and Accessories. Works closely with the VP to assure purchasing forecast ties to the budget, demand plan and forecasting process and any variations are well documented and explained.

Works with management to assure continuity of supply in support of Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment and Retail Stores.

Works closely with Product, Marketing, Procurement and Finance to assure key strategic initiatives are coordinated and implemented across the Spectrum Mobile business.

Manages the tactical execution of mobile device and accessories vendors to assure product is delivered in the right place, at the right time, under the correct business terms at the lowest possible total cost of ownership.

Collaborates with Supply Chain Reporting and Supply Chain Operations teams to develop and implement key business processes and metrics to track/trend the performance of the mobile device and accessories supply chain as well as creates and monitor performance metrics; implements technology and process improvement solutions that support the business and provides efficient, effective solutions.

Provides oversight, management, coaching, motivation and encouragement to internal and third-party Mobile Supply Chain Planning personnel to ensure effective execution of organizational goals, functions and deliverables. Builds capabilities, evaluates performance and resolves personnel issues of direct reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to manage a cross-functional and leveraged team, while maintaining high levels of morale and employee engagement
Proven track record in development and execution of strategic Supply Chain initiatives, continuous process improvement and starting/building new businesses
Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity
Strong financial planning and analysis skills to assure integrity of a multi-billion dollar budget
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, business writing and interpersonal skills
Broad based technical knowledge, with Wireless Telecom retail experience strongly preferred
Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team-oriented
Ability to develop and deploy creative / original solutions to complex problems
Broad business knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain systems
Highly motivated and self-directed
Detail oriented individual with ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
Strong business planning and forecasting skills
Proven leadership and mentoring skills

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Logistics
Master’s degree preferred

Related Work Experience Number of Years Supply chain experience 8-10

Logistics and distribution experience 3-5
Experience in the implementation of ERP systems
