Senior Manager, Launch Management

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting launch coordination in Spectrum’s mobile business. This role will work in the product organization and cross multiple functions to support go to market efforts for the broader organization. The role will report to the VP, Launch Management but will operate in a highly matrixed environment with numerous key stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Coordinates non-technical go-to-market functions for key mobile products and services.

Coordinate the design, execution, implementation and collaboration with key stakeholder functions for go to market activities.

Lead regular cross-functional meetings between key teams to ensure successful launches that align with product and marketing’s strategic plans

Create standard reports and tracking documents to provide visibility for management team

Align product roadmap with marketing priorities to create launch schedule for executive approval

Maintain and foster communication across all divisions and functions within Charter and partner as needed

Manage high performing team by leading, developing, training and providing effective coaching to attract and foster talent.

Implement programs to launch, create awareness and visibility through partnering with marketing and operations teams

Effectively communicate project expectations, timelines, milestones and deliverables in a timely and clear fashion

Proactively identify opportunities to improve and streamline the go to market process

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization to include strong presentation skills
Ability to execute programs against requirements
Ability to demonstrate company values, maintain a positive demeanor, encourage different points of view and work across functions to deliver results
Ability to influence internal and external contacts
Knowledge of Mobile products and go to market / demand creation activities
Knowledge of industry, strategy, business model and market of alliance partnership or ecosystems considered an asset
Strong relationship-management skills with a superior ability to engage and build consensus through collaboration and influence
Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity
Project management skills with the ability to establish key priorities, and tactical plans to maximize successful execution

Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience required

Related Work Experience
8 years of go to market or launch planning experience with Alliances
8+ years of product marketing experience
5+ years of telecommunication or similar field experience

Office environment
Some travel required
