What you will do:
  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to manage one or more functions including marketing campaigns, lead generation, marketing operations and analytics, marketing technologies, client life cycle management and brand and content and test cycles from inception through implementation.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate marketing programs for all targets, products, offers and geographic areas and manage change control.
  • Partner with relevant business functions, the field and external vendors to determine targets and schedules, strategize and implement applicable programs, analyze campaign performance across key metrics and ensure flawless execution.
  • Drive marketing efficiencies and effectiveness holding accountable for marketing budget, ROI and cost per connect to drive profitable revenue and operating cash flow.
  • Communicate with internal and external research groups, industry organizations and other sources of expertise.
  • Employ strong project management skills demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
  • Source data and create the dashboards and analysis including Sales and revenue actuals by product, geographic areas, and sales leader and white space analysis and activation for usage in campaign strategy and methodology.
  • Analyze current data structures in order develop propensity models and associated strategy.
  • Drive the effectuation of programs, across verticals, designated to drive sales and profitable revenue growth.
  • Attend and participate at conventions, conferences and tradeshows ensuring post-event reports and analysis.
  • Develop marketing strategy using economic indicators tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying clients and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition.
  • Regularly collaborate with Lead Generation, Social, AR/PR, Marketing Science and Sales Science and Sales Operations
  • Employ strong project management skills demonstrating the ability to set and meet deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
  • Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
  • Five years of Marketing experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at one time
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Ability to communicate in writing and the spoken work in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to manage all phases of a large project from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy
  • Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint and proficient in other desktop applications
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Your education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required)
  • Master's in Business Administration or Master's Degree in a related field (preferred)
