JOB SUMMARY
The Spectrum Sales Enablement Supervisor of Residential Direct Sales is responsible for the execution of the new direct sales representatives (DSRs) development program (90-day program) that includes coaching, business performance reviews, and training.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support all efforts to simplify and improve the new-hire sales representative (DSRs) experience
Lead efforts to improve new hire performance, engagement, motivation, in the initial 90-days of employment
Guide each new hire group through onboarding, new-hire class training expectations
Promote the integration of the new hire with the local teams and business leaders
Diagnose and recommend training/practice modules based on the business supervisor field evaluation observations and performance metrics
Coach, practice, and role-play with new hire both tools usage (BuyFlow and Realtime) and sales skills (engagement and close) based on The Spectrum Way (virtually and in-person)
Assess new-hire performance based on job expectations and cohort group performance providing feedback and action plans to the local front line leaders.
Assist in the coordination of training logistics for other parts of the organization as needed
Support other Nesting Supervisors as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Successful door to door sales experience
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Clear ability to communicate orally and writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and communication tools such as Webex
Ability to communicate with all levels of executive, management and company personnel
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to work independently and with a group, including virtual teams
Ability to assess needs and create business and performance objectives
Skills in team building, relationship building, facilitation, and presentation
High energy

Education
A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Organization Development or related field or equivalent experience

Related Work Experience
Successful sales performance in a door to door or face to face environment -3 years
Sales coaching - 2 years
Project management experience - 1 years

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of the cable or telecommunications industry
Experience in positioning and presenting new products/pricing
People engagement and motivation
Time management

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment
Regular phone calls with sales representatives and manager
Approximately 5% travel
