TITLE: Manager Product Management
LOCATION: Greenwood Village, CO
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for performing management analysis to support efforts to simplify and enhance the Charter customer experience. Assist in increasing operational efficiency and effectiveness by defining and launching a leading product development process from ideation to successful product launch to be used by all lines of business in Cable Operations. Lead input gathering across functional team with numerous key stakeholders. Apply in-depth understanding of the telecommunications industry best practices in product development to translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position. Translate high-level process goals into specific sub-processes with appropriate documentation by collaborative information gathering. Create and maintain workflows that support product lifecycle end to end. Resolve production defects through cross functional collaboration and institute product enhancements for improved performance. Create business requirements, provide oversight to grooming activities, communicate project status to management, address roadblocks, provide risk management, sign off on wireframes, participate in testing activities and stay on track to the agreed upon delivery dates. Partner with go to market peers such as IT, Marketing, Customer Operations, Sales, and Digital Marketing in order to determine the best implementation strategy. Develop reporting for products and workflows to effectively monitor and assess product performance. Support the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience leading cross functional teams in order to achieve business goals and results; performing product development utilizing agile methodologies, business requirement creation, and delivery of software-build products; performing partner cross functionality to align with project timelines and deliverables; and creating business cases that highlight the value of the product or enhancement in achieving company focused goals and outcomes. 2 years of Mobile Industry experience within product management, leading value-added service product enhancements.

Salaries depend on geography, experience, and education; negotiations begin at $125,070 per year

The base pay for this position generally is between $125,070.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
