The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations will be accountable for the weekly, monthly and annual reporting for all sales
performance, the calculation and submission of all commission exceptions and product usage reports, the
development and management of sales improvement processes, the onboarding training of all new employees
across Navisite sales, the administration of all Salesforce and other sales tools and the management of all
personnel engaged in Sales Operations.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
Develop systemic and periodic reporting for all sales performance indicators at the individual, group and entire team level.
Coordinate above reporting with Spectrum Enterprise team for roll up to the Enterprise level.
Develop global onboarding and ongoing training strategies and programs in to ensure rapid integration of new hires and complete currency of existing staff.
Act as the single point of contact and escalation ensure new sales resources are provided with the tools and knowledge they need to be 100% productive.
Develop training requirements/solutions for Sales Leadership. Coordinate as required with HR.
Work with Product Management and Operations, as well as HR and IT, to manage continuing education for the entire sales organization.
Work with Senior Management, sales leadership and Sales Science team to develop, manage and maintain all performance reporting.
Work with Sales Science and Compensation teams to manage and monitor all commissions due and paid, to include claw backs and SPIFFs as out of cycle adjustments.
Work with the Sales Deal Team to track and monitor the successful execution of Customer RFPs.
Develop a newly formed Partnership Alliance process wherein the various aspects of our relationships with Vendor Partners are maximized to ensure full execution of all contractual and marketing opportunities.
Act as the keeper of the minutes, actions and execution of all decisions made during the Sales Leadership management sessions.
Manage employee communications from Senior Leadership to ensure a well-informed and connected sales team.
Collaborative professional with an ability to build productive working relationships with many key stakeholders and organizations
