Molly Brenckle: My name is Molly Brenckle and I'm an account executive at Spectrum Reach. The best part of the job is absolutely the people, whether it's going out with my clients or interacting in the office with my account coordinator or my account planner. Every day it's just about building those relationships, learning to trust each other a little more and take business to the next level. There is so much training available to anyone within Spectrum Reach. The amount of data and research that AEs have at their fingertips puts us light years I think ahead of our competitions.
My career path at Spectrum Reach so far has been a busy one. I've had five positions over the course of nine years and as an AE I'm really happy. There's a lot to learn so I'm just taking it all in. The most exciting part to me right now is that I literally have no idea what could come next. And that's what's cool about this company is there's always something new, we're always evolving and I'm excited to see what the future brings. ● Experience: 3+ years of proven successful sales experience ● Skills: Consultative sales, business development, ability to learn advertising ecosystem, MS Office ● Abilities: Strong communicator, multi-tasking, self-motivated, inquisitive ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience ● Travel Ability: Local and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving record
