As the Sales Tools and Applications Analyst, you support the sales organization through the administration of the sales tool ecosystem. You manage support requests from the sales organization using our sales tools ecosystem. You assist with improvement in sales tools and technologies. You thrive in an office environment and work with multiple teams. You report directly to the Director of Sales Tools and Applications for goals and guidance.

What you will do:
  • Promote company-wide success by supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
  • Support the Sales team as a junior product owner and subject matter expert on various tools.
  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Tools and Application team members to identify tool and technology enhancements.
  • Review data and processes to perform accurate root cause analysis.
  • Support requests for proposals (RFPs) and drive revenue by assessing and determining vendor solutions and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Ensure successful integrations by reviewing and approving project documents, including functional and non-functional requirements, functional design documents, data flows and diagrams, test plans and process documents.
  • Assist in the creation of impacts and benefits for Sales, Marketing and Sales Support teams by reviewing vendor solutions.
  • Manage and track Salesforce case requests to determine which role or department can address the client’s need while assisting on case resolutions.
  • Maintain team playbooks on process, vendor management and sales tool support procedures to assist with the daily support of tools and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in projects with other Sales Tools and Applications Analysts and assist the team with case queue, license agreement and reporting as needed.
Required keys for success:
  • Two or more years of project management experience.
  • Two or more years of business analysis experience.
  • Two or more years of system administrator experience.
  • Two or more years of experience with client relationship management (CRM) platforms.
  • Two or more years of experience with SharePoint.
  • Expert in analyzing and interpreting data into actionable work activities.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously while working calmly, quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate and communicate data in a clear and easy-to-understand manner to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiar with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamic.
  • History of creating business and functional requirements, use and test cases and project plans.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
  • Proven track record as a system administrator making configuration changes and user profile updates.
  • Experience with data entry, collection and querying large data sets for reporting and dashboards.
Your education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred).
