As the Sales Enablement Manager, you are passionate about coaching strategic sellers and managers to meet and exceed quota expectations. You excel at onboarding new sales representatives and sales managers and coaching them to reach their full potential. You accelerate sales by working one-on-one, in a classroom, on webinars and feel comfortable traveling as needed to conduct training and attend sales calls. You thrive in an office environment and travel regularly to support sales professionals with sales skills, product knowledge, tools and processes. You report to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Drive new sales representatives’ development through one-on-one and group coaching sessions while tracking and documenting progressing and providing consistent and timely feedback to sales managers.
Support the ongoing development of the sales organization by coaching managers and front-line sales teams sales methodology, skills development, new products, tools and processes provided by Spectrum Enterprise.
Improve sales metrics through the consistent execution of a fact-based process that focuses on key performance indicators, initiating sales training classes, new hire ramp planning, participating on sales calls and adopting key sales strategies on a daily basis.
Optimize the sales cycle by communicating changes in products, promotions, pricing, campaigns and procedures.
Fully understand and articulate all Spectrum Enterprise products and the respective “Value-Added” propositions and sales methodology to develop and deliver a pertinent sales training curriculum one-on-one or in coordination with Corporate Learning and Development.
Enhance sales call performances through review of client calls and providing real-time coaching, support and strategy sessions.
Increase revenue and market share by planning, coordinating, evaluating and monitoring team activity, territory and account management while increasing team member commitment and competence.
Monitor and track all aspects of new hire Sales and Sales leadership performances against ramp objectives.
Improve team performance by working closely with sales leadership on the analysis of tenured and non-tenured sales team members by sales channel.
Develop Sales teams through the establishment and maintenance of the Sales Development certifications as assigned.
Required keys for success:
Two or more years of sales management and training development experience.
Five or more years of successful commercial strategic sales experience.
Strategic, conceptual and analytical thinking with sound decision-making skills.
History of diagnosing the root cause and prescribing training based on gap analysis of performances and tracked progress.
Solid knowledge of the sales process and enterprise sales methodology.
Experience in curriculum design and development and motivating and training others.
Solid public speaking and presentation skills, comfortable and skilled presenting to large groups, senior leadership, clients or one on one sales coaching sessions.
Highly organized, adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
Proven business acumen and a high degree of professionalism.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
Industry experience in technology, telecommunications or internet-based services.
Understand and be able to help drive key skills while coaching on time management and planning, sales process and methodology, prospecting, solution presentation and objection handling.
Solid communication skills, storytelling and active listening skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
