Having interned at Spectrum, I knew the company culture and I liked what the team had to say about the position. I bring a good attitude and a strong drive to succeed, and everyone is very accommodating and patient as I learn. I just finished school, but am learning quickly and hope to make a greater difference as time goes on. My office has a really positive atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly and morale is high, which makes a huge difference. This starts at the top. I admire the leadership on my team. They go above and beyond to take care of their own. And the benefits are exceptional. This is a company I can see myself staying with for a long time.
