The main goal of this position is to facilitate, through a variety of delivery methods, classroom learning, team meetings, and on-line sessions, learning labs, debriefs, focus groups and other events in support of learning. This is an intermediate level position that requires 3 years of training experience and up to 3 years of experience in the functional area or business unit.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate learning to develop participants' skill sets. This includes classroom and online instruction, team meetings, learning debriefs, team meetings, hands-on labs, peer to peer coaching, train-the-trainer sessions, and other events in support of learning.
Manage the classroom and participants during training by tracking attendance, addressing inappropriate behavior and documenting performance, both strengths and development needs
Perform all administrative duties including class and lab preparation, schedule administration, and participant record maintenance (e.g., test scores, evaluations and attendance)
Perform all LMS prerequisite requirements and post-training duties including evaluation
Follow facilitator guide to lead learners through appropriate activities, discussions and debriefs
With support of facilitator guide, provide feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
Shadow training end-users to gain deeper understanding of how training translates in the business
Work one-on-one with learners to identify areas of strength and opportunity
Coach learners on specific skills within a role, process or system
Troubleshoot technical issues and problems before and during sessions
Set up and maintains hands-on learning labs to ensure the most current equipment is installed and configured
Seek input from and provides feedback to learners to aid with knowledge transfer and behavior change
Pursue development opportunities to obtain additional expertise and strengthen core skills, building and improving job-related knowledge and leadership skills while seeking feedback from others. Job related knowledge includes, learner engagement tools and techniques, classroom management excellence.
Seek input from and provides feedback to leaders on success of learners and learning programs
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist the curriculum development team with revisions to existing course content
Participate in task forces, committees and/or team meetings
Perform other duties as requested
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Solid knowledge of different learning approaches
Excellent presentation skills to individuals, online and in person
Advanced skills relating to the functional area and or business unit
Ability to travel up to 80% throughout the US during busy season(s)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience
Related Work Experience
3 + years Training delivery experience at professional level or equivalent
3 years of experience or equivalent in the functional area and or business unit
