As the L&D Senior Program Manager, you are passionate about maximizing resources across various departments and lines of business. You excel at achieving company objectives by establishing standards and metrics for project management and the Learning and Development team. You focus on managing a cross-functional team that provides strategic project management standards and complex reporting while delivering quality HR projects. You combine your expertise in data analysis and methodology to develop and manage assigned projects efficiently and strategically from original concept through final implementation.
You meet or exceed the performance goals of the Learning and Development organization by providing resource management, quality control and targeted leadership support. You provide insights that determine Learning and Development trends, impact and opportunities through the creation of forecasts, reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests. You thrive in an office environment managing multiple teams and traveling as needed to achieve company objectives. You report to the Director of Curriculum Management for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Be an impactful leader of the HR team by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
Work closely with HR leadership to create the roadmap and coordinate development and implementation of multiple complex initiatives.
Ensure projects objectives are delivered on time and within budget by providing purpose and motivation to team members while tracking projects status and adjusting assignments and resource allocation.
Enhance the HR department by planning, monitoring and appraising job results while providing coaching and counseling and monitoring continuous improvement plans.
Align project objectives and technical or operational solutions by monitoring and guiding projects to ensure quality development and delivery.
Maintain updated project documentation to ensure efficient communication and the project schedule.
Review and approve project budgets, funding requests, forecasts, invoices, cost allocations and reporting to ensure fiscal success.
Apply lessons learned from previous projects to guide and reinforce project management best practices.
Mitigate risks by setting project quality and performance standards while complying with department policies, procedures and practices.
Build a high-performance team by recruiting, hiring, training and managing department team members.
Review all project forecasts on a regular basis for adequacy and develop a plan for forecasting improvement if needed.
Identify areas of opportunity or improvement based on data trends and use these insights to enhance new products and operations.
Produce timely and valuable results by managing high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance while collaborating regularly with senior leadership.
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce data elements and create forecasts, reports, dashboards and ad-hoc requests.
Provide insights to determine operational impact, trends and opportunities through detailed data interpretation and results analysis.
Improve efficiency by creating and maintaining report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user portals and resources.
Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
Three or more years of management experience
Six or more years of project management experience
Seven or more years of data analysis and reporting or related experience
History of working independently while supervising and motivating others
Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple task and projects simultaneously
Solid interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude and diplomatic approach with the ability to develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams
Confident and comfortable around peers and senior leadership teams
Track record of establishing a rapport, defining expectations and gaining commitment to project goals and deliverables
Strong ability to translate and synthesize data and complex information into a compelling narrative
Ability to make decisions and resolve issues collaboratively while working under pressure
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
Your education:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required)
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum (preferred)
