JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, assessing, and/or managing leadership programs. Programs may include training design, development and delivery of internal leadership development programs, leadership assessments and other initiatives in support of the business.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Support the needs analysis, design, development and management of internal leadership development programs for front-line to mid-level leaders.

Review and update existing Leadership Development programs as needed.

Use appropriate technology and tools to curate and deploy the learning activities and resources for leaders including pre- and post-program resources.

Partner with the Organizational Effectiveness team to support the implementation of projects and initiatives.

Serve as back-up administrator for DiSC and 360 processes.

Leverage data to evaluate program impact.

Consult with HR and business leaders on individual and team development needs and recommend an appropriate solution (for example, solutions may include program development and implementation, team building, coaching, assimilations, and individual development).

Facilitate meetings with project teams, HR Business Partners, training leaders, facilitators, business leaders in support of key leadership development work.

Support the content development and coordination of train-the-trainers.

Remain up-to-date on new developments, methods and techniques in the leadership development field.

Perform other duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Demonstrated expertise in leadership development program design, development and implementation
Demonstrated expertise in project management
Ability to accurately compile and synthesize quantitative and qualitative information, draw conclusions, and effectively present solutions and recommendations to management
Demonstrated capability of taking initiative under general supervision
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and organize effectively to meet implementation target dates
Ability to serve as an internal resource and consultant, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Ability to communicate orally and writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Ability to work independently and with a group
Knowledge of HR data management and reporting systems (i.e. PeopleSoft)
Flexibility and willingness to work in a rapidly changing HR environment

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred

Related Work Experience Number of Years
Leadership Development, Organizational Development 3-5
or varied HR experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Experience in foundational instructional design principles and application
Experience in creating and assessing impact of programs
Experience in designing leadership competency models
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite Standard programs
Consulting or large-scale project and/or program management experience strongly preferred

Office environment, outdoors, walking and standing
Travel up to 25%
