The Highlights
The Rules of Engagement (ROE) Compliance Analyst supports the territory management strategy by executing tactical Salesforce account control processes. This position also conducts and acts upon a variety of audit mechanisms that drive sales compliance with territory management policies and procedures.

What you will do
  • Manage the new Salesforce account creation process, validating and processing requests to support order processing and account management activities
  • Proactively manage a departmental case queue to address requests for sales support to ensure outstanding support is provided to the sales organization through consistently attaining aggressive service level objectives
  • Conduct routine audits of accounts and account assignments to ensure sales channel integrity and resolve account assignment errors as needed
  • Improve data integrity through ongoing hygiene of accounts and related account data and execute mass data loads as needed
  • Work with sales leaders as necessary to review audit findings and provide coaching on territory management policies to sales associates as needed
  • Identify and implement best practices that improve departmental operational effectiveness and enhance overall sales productivity
  • Ensure consistent and continuous application of the sales rules of engagement across sales channels
Required keys for success
  • Five or more years of accounting, finance or sales operations experience
  • Five or more years of sales experience in customer relationship management (CRM) or related database applications
  • Familiarity and experience with administration of sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Accounting or financial background with the ability to effectively conduct audits on complex data sets
  • Deep familiarity with U.S. geography and general market demographics
  • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
  • Ability to make decisions and solve complex problems while working under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines to ensure client satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills with all levels of management and company personnel
Your education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Internet technology or related field (preferred)
