JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for managing the Corporate Leadership Development facilitation team. This position requires prior Leadership Development or Organizational Effectiveness experience.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and develop Leadership Development Facilitators including in-person and virtual observation and coaching

Manage the leadership training schedule assignments of internal staff and adjunct support based on availability, skill, and need.

Consult with HR and business leaders on individual and team development needs and recommend and coordinate solutions as appropriate

Consult with Program Managers and Learning Design team to create Leadership Development content.

Support new program implementation via delivery of train-the-trainer sessions for new course and content launches

Lead the Leadership Development Community of Practice and provide reports and quarterly updates to the Learning Council

Provide consistent feedback on new and existing training materials, evaluate content and identify new materials to fill gaps

Partner with the analytics team to give input on dashboards to pull and provide monthly reporting on measurement, productivity and effectiveness of training

Partner with Organizational Effectiveness team to support the implementation of projects and initiatives with a leadership development component

Facilitate and/or support development events such as summits and off-sites with training leaders, facilitators and business leaders as needed

Facilitate Leadership development programs for front-line to senior-level leaders

Remain up-to-date on new developments, methods and techniques in the leadership development field

Perform other duties as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Skills in teambuilding, relationship building, facilitation and presentation
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to effectively present information to all levels spanning from front-line to senior leaders
Ability to serve as an internal resource and consultant, working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
Ability to think strategically and anticipate future trends, needs and expectations
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to manage multiple projects to meet implementation target dates
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to work independently and with a group
Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Flexibility and willingness to work in a rapidly changing HR environment

Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; Master’s degree preferred

Related Work Experience
7 - 10 years related LD, OD or varied HR experience required and 7 – 10 years of management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Certifications in DDI, DiSC, StrengthsFinder and other leadership content

WORKING CONDITIONS
Office environment, outdoors, walking and standing
Travel up to 50%
