The Sr. Analyst will be an intergral contributing member of the supply chain team, responsible for CPE inventory processes, analytics\\reconciliations and support initiatives of the supply chain organiztion.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide financial and operational analysis specific to the needs of the supply chain group, including:
Physical inventory reconciliation support for regional and market hub CPE APIs and warehouse physical counts as held.
Monthly CPE field reconciliation compilation and analysis.
Review monthly new CPE issuance in support of capitalization.
Partner with the warehouse operations on CPE peripherals and home shipment supplies demand planning and replenishment reviews based on historical and current activity levels.
Support asset tracking software reconciliation against regional hub churn inventory records.
Consolidate CPE Aging data and present to Supply Chain Operations Leadership in a dashboard format with options for local data drill down
Develop and maintain standard formats, templates, and operating procedures.
Maintain and track critical inventory metrics as assigned including cycle count/physical inventory results, inventory turns, and inventory valuation related to CPE equipment and support inventory.
Interface as the central point of contact with field warehouses, hub personnel and 3PL on inventory levels, activity and accuracy.
Serve as primary contact on field requests for CPE test equipment.
Support the field ops team with contractor CPE tracking.
Foster a culture of consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.
Provide support to accounting/finance teams on CPE inventory matters.
Take on additional duties as assigned to support the enterprise.
Bachelor's degree (B. A./B. S.) from four-year college or university, preferably with accounting, finance or supply chain concentration; or equivalent training, education and experience.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to gather comprehensive requirements and delivery results expediently.
Excellent personal computer skills in all Office applications with emphasis on Excel and Access.
Must have good verbal, written and inter-personal communications skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, working efficiently and effectively under deadlines.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, proactively reach out for information when necessary and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplined teams.
Flexible, must be able to multi-task and adapt to a fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
Related Work Experience
JD Edwards inventory experience a plus.
Experience preparing reconciliations of differing data sets.
Understanding of cable billing and ancillary systems.
Business analysis, planning and reporting experience.
Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience.
Some travel may be required
