As the Senior Copywriter for Enterprise Marketing, you craft enticing content that inspires enterprise technology decision-makers to engage further with Spectrum Enterprise. You are passionate about improving client growth and retention by providing dynamic copy for the Brand, MarCom and Digital teams. You drive awareness of key brand strengths and values by creating website copy, short and long-form thought leadership content, blog posts and client success stories. You continuously improve content and messaging through in-depth evaluations and recommendations for strategies and initiatives. You thrive in an office environment consulting with multiple teams simultaneously. You report directly to the Senior Manager of Brand Content for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Promote company-wide success through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
Drive brand awareness by conceptualizing and writing clear, engaging copy with a compelling narrative that demonstrates technical accuracy and is consistent with the Spectrum Enterprise brand voice and style.
Ensure accurate and engaging written content by obtaining feedback and facilitating approvals from team members and internal and external partners as needed.
Revise and edit content to incorporate stakeholder input while following style guidelines.
Research assigned topics by conducting calls with internal subject matter experts and participating in client interviews.
Recommend and implement improvements that will optimize the impact of content assets through detailed data analyses and interpretations.
Create a consistent, efficient journey for targeted audiences and deliver a positive brand experience by actively working to understand our messaging, solutions and sales processes.
Continually expand industry knowledge through research and outreach to internal and external groups, industry organizations and others.
Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
One or more years of project management experience.
Two or more years of technical writing experience.
Three or more years of experience in media or telecommunications industry.
Seven or more years of business-to-business (B2B) copywriting experience.
Seven or more years of technical copywriting experience.
Experience writing and editing content for IT networking or telecommunications products so that it is easily digestible and understood by most readers.
Track record of applying content marketing theory.
Strong understanding of digital and social platforms and their use within marketing strategies.
History of working cross-functionally to synthesize feedback and input from various teams.
A team player comfortable in a collaborative environment.
Organized, self-sufficient and self-motivated with the ability to resolve issues independently.
Highly creative and innovative thinker who loves participating in the creative process from brainstorm to launch.
Open to constructive feedback and understands that revision is an essential part of the creative process.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
Bachelor’s degree in english, journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).

The pay for this position has a minimum of $55000. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as commissions or bonuses.
