Customer Service Representatives help troubleshoot service issues and handle billing inquiries for Spectrum customers.
There are different customer service rules here at Spectrum. Whether it's answering a question about a customer's bill or assisting them with issues on their internet, phone or cable, we here at Spectrum strive to find the perfect solution for our customers.
Andy works at one of Spectrum's many Customer Service Call Centers, which bring thousands of jobs to the communities we serve.
