The Highlights
The Enterprise Major Account Executive in Hospitality is a strategic sales position. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing new enterprise commercial accounts. The position will focus on showing prospective clients how Spectrum Enterprise’s innovative business solutions will help satisfy their growing complex technology and communications needs.

What You Will Do
  • Grow key relationships within named accounts to support the fast-growing business
  • Cultivate opportunities for fiber/cloud services, renewals, and upsell potential
  • Develop client-centric solutions for complex services
  • Create and deliver proposals on product benefits that align with client needs
  • Implement strategic sales plans
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales and revenue goals
  • Maintain client database
  • Identify target markets, industries, and contacts for product portfolio
  • Qualify new leads and prospects, including the submission of a return on investment (ROI) analysis
  • Negotiate contracts and conversations with C-Level executives and decision makers
  • Work in conjunction with Account Management, Sales Engineering and Marketing
  • Build network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions
  • Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned
Required Keys for Success
  • Five or more years of telecommunications business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • Experience in the hospitality industry
  • Skilled in quickly conducting consultative analysis and providing recommendations
  • Proven sales record, meeting $5000 monthly goal
  • Collaborative team member, able to multitask and manage change
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills
How You Will Stand Out from the Crowd
  • Five or more years of industry experience selling Data, Voice, Cloud and Video solutions
  • Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
  • Confidence in communicating technical information to high-level clients
  • Deadline-driven in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by a commission based model
  • Coachable, with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
  • Experience with LAN and WAN technologies, high-capacity and fiber networks
  • Familiarity with our product suite
Your Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (preferred)

  • Frequent/daily travel (75%) in a personal vehicle
