As Lead Experience Intelligence Analyst, you assist stakeholders in understanding the effectiveness of our digital tools and applications and the quality of the experience we are delivering to clients. You collaborate with analysts, database architects and other teams to implement and manage dashboards, reporting and automated analytics.

You guide peers in prioritizing and building solutions that address stakeholder needs while modeling best practices in data discovery, automation and testing. You work within an office environment and collaborate with teams across the organization via in-person and digitally.

What you will do:
  • Encourage companywide success through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
  • Enhance digital applications by using user-centered design (UCD) process methods from concept to launch.
  • Improve the client experience by championing the value and necessity of research and usability testing to the organization.
  • Support the organization and clients by writing test plans for usability and A/B tests.
  • Complete polished reports for internal clients and UX team to leverage.
  • Maximize efforts by compiling and sharing results in an easy to understand and impactful manner.
  • Communicate with internal clients about the research and usability testing processes and recommend the appropriate deliverables based on client needs.
  • Identify the best methodologies, tactics and tools to deliver high quality results in a cost-effective way.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative results to extract key insights and recommendations.
  • Mitigate project risks by managing the scope, timeline and deliverables.
  • Create timeline estimates and serve as a consultant and subject matter expert to the organization regarding how research and testing can be leveraged.
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships and efforts when services are outsourced to ensure deliverables.
Required keys for success:
  • Eight or more years of analytical or related experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Omniture, Tableau, Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
  • Fully engaged and positive member of a collaborative team that is willing to teach and mentor other designers.
  • Demonstrated research and usability testing background via recent samples.
  • Understanding of user-centered design and prior experience leading complex research and testing projects.
  • Passionate about the client and advocating on what’s best for the client.
  • Articulate with the ability to serve as the voice of the client.
  • Experience leading client meetings and creating and delivering presentations.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to self-direct as needed.
  • History of accurate project estimation.
  • Track record of planning and facilitating user research and usability tests.
  • Proven ability to create personas and client journey maps.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization
Your education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in design, HCI or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).

The pay for this position has a salary range of $96,100.00 to $170,500.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
