Lead Product Manager - Video

Responsible for the communication and documentation of new Video Product initiatives for our Spectrum services and applications. Supports internal communications related to exciting new video products and services. Acts as a liaison between Product, Business Integration, Customer Operations, Corporate Engineering, and Corporate and Field Marketing.

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to enhance the customer experience.

Contributes to the creation of internal communications informing employees of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for Digital Video Products.

Contributes to and maintains release-centric content on web pages for cross-organization consumption.

Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure transparency and sharing of impactful changes.

Supports work with required stakeholders when removing or adding a service related to contractual obligations.

Provides competent editing skills or technical writing as needed.

Brings proven knowledge of industry best practices to Video Product communications.

Builds relationships with key stakeholders in Product, Marketing and Customer Operations to implement communications and strategy changes.

Strong foundation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of digital SDLC tools such as JIRA
Demonstrates strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience

Related Work Experience `
5+ years of Product development/management
3+ years of Copywriting/editing, content management, or technical writing

1+ years of Atlassian Confluence/Jira preferred

The pay for this position has a minimum of $85,900.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
