JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for managing linear programming content change process, including intake, tracking, and reporting of programming content changes. Works with Network Operations Planning & Implementation teams to support accurate implementation of linear programming content changes.
Responsible for assisting teams to address service carriage related issues that are customer impacting in order to help resolve carriage discrepancies. Reports to and assists Director, Video Products in planning and implementation of content changes. Works independently using creative thinking and problem solving skills in addition to standard business analysis tactical skills to pivot easily in a fast paced environment between multiple tasks and projects with changing priorities. Becomes a Subject Matter Expert for linear content and packaging while assisting with planning and approvals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Works cross functionally with Content Acquisition, Government Affairs, third party vendors, Network Operations, Customer Operations, Corporate Marketing and others to support video initiatives.

Leads linear programming content changes through tracking activity from request to completion.

Supports NetOps efforts to resolve service carriage related issues to improve video customer experience.

Demonstrates ability to plan, communicate and report implementation changes, adhering to professional standards, with moderate supervision.

Demonstrates ability to learn and understand technical concepts to support planning and leading of content changes.

Delivers timely, error-free execution of assigned analyses, with moderate supervision.

Develops specific knowledge on assigned analyses.

Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Ability to learn and understand technical concepts
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to maintain confidentiality

Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Ability to use personal computer and software applications (i.e. word processing, spreadsheet, etc.)
Ability to work independently to seek answers and track down solutions, as well as a willingness to take on any project no matter how big or small
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
High business acumen with a focus on integrity and accountability

Education
BS/BA in business, engineering, marketing or computer science.

Related Work Experience
5 years of experience in product management and product development
5 years of high level of experience working in the cable industry
Experience managing commercially launched products

Preferred Related Work Experience
Knowledge of cable and telecommunications platforms and products, services, and competitive landscape.

The pay for this position has a minimum of $85,900.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
