Drives results by leading initiatives that include: strategy & analytics roadmaps for Video on Demand (VOD), linear management, online content aggregation, search, personalization and curation; Leads E2E roadmap for Audience Measurement data collection workflow; support of ongoing management of all video content initiatives; and development and maintenance of business rules, guide creation, process documentation, and support tools for internal teams. Reports to and partners with the Director, Video Products Strategy & Analytics on all Content initiatives as well as executive reporting across Video Product teams: IPTV, Guides, CPE, Advanced Advertising, Features, and Content initiatives. Assists with operational performance metrics, provides input on customer communication and notification, and conducts competitive analysis.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Leads and works with a cross functional team through the development, implementation and launch of new products and features, including hardware (digital set top boxes) and software (interactive program guides and applications.)
Continuously collaborates with key stakeholders in the Content Organization to identify data needs, develop strategic roadmaps, and execute upon roadmaps with data partners
Assists in management of content lifecycle and roadmap for digital video products, including residential and commercial.
Leads cross-functional team to implement Audience Measurement collection roadmap; Develops roadmap to operationalize E2E workflow
Establishes credibility with internal and external team members to direct planning and implementation, while relentlessly driving deliverable timelines.
Develops use cases, defines business rules and supports tools for operational implementation across the enterprise.
Plans and implements product deployments/upgrades in close partnership with Project Management organization and field.
Determines and monitors key performance customer experience indicators for the video product portfolio.
Possess and continues to hone knowledge base that spans across multiple disciplines: Strategic content initiatives (e.g. content promotion), Video Product (e.g. legacy and next generation guides, Apps), QAM Audience Measurement data collection, and deep-understanding of video delivery components (e.g. APIs, metadata) Drives initiatives through leadership with Advanced Engineering, Network Operations, Customer Operations, Corporate Marketing, Finance, Direct Sales and third party vendors.
Works on the integration of classic Video products with web, mobile, high speed internet and phone.
Drives customer-facing product enhancements that generate increased engagement, revenue growth and market penetration for residential Video products.
Executes performance and market analysis for residential Video products, customer care metrics, achievement of plan objectives, etc.
Performs other duties as requested by supervisor.

Knowledge of cable and telecommunications products, services, and competitive landscape
BS/BA in business, engineering, or computer science. MBA is preferred.
