Job Summary
Charter Communications is growing the analytics team within the Digital Account and Support Platforms organization. We’re on a mission to provide a world class self service experience on our web portals and mobile app platforms. You will work closely with the owners of the different features such as appointment management, equipment troubleshooting, payments, etc. Bring your analytical skills and help us provide actionable insights on how customers are using the features. Your passion for problem solving, data exploration, data visualization and user experience will help us identify opportunities to continuously optimize the experience for our customers.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
  • Reporting on and analysis of user behavior and usage of features within the Digital Account and Support Platforms – Residential and SMB; Web portal and Mobile App
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports to leadership, will work with the Product Intelligence team to automate
  • Partner with Product Owners to gain a deep understanding the feature, measure its usage and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Design KPIs of the features
  • Monitor feature usage and identify anomolies to be investigated
  • Provide Pre/Post analysis and communicate impact of feature changes to multiple stakeholders
  • Share findings to a wider audience of stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis
  • Provide analytics tracking requirements for the features; identify gaps and opportunities to improve tracking. Work with Client Analytics team to implement.
  • Will work with data from different sources, exploring to find patterns and correlations that we can take action on
  • Create robust, actionable dashboards for driving decision making
  • Continually monitor and look for ways to improve and automate reporting
  • Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
  • Solid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Solid knowledge of Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven analysis
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data and create recommendations
  • Ability to define key performance indicators
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively and independently
  • Ability to manage and assign multiple projects and tasks
  • Ability to communicate and contribute cross-functionally, and within a matrix environment
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
  • Strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results
  • Highly motivated and talented with an interest in technology, a love for great products, and strong business acumen
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related equivalent experience

Related Work Experience

3 - 5 years Business Analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Web/App Analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
  • BI reporting tools, such as Tableau
  • Excel
  • Powerpoint
  • Dashboard design
  • R/Python/SQL a plus
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile processes, JIRA
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
