This position is responsible for product lifecycle management for our Charter Customer Premises Equipment (e.g Cable Modem, eMTA, Gateway and PON ONU) used for delivery of Broadband Internet. This role will focus on platform and process maintenance while managing the successful development and execution of data-driven reporting and data analysis. Serves as a liaison to the leadership communities and provides technical solutions in support of business efforts to acquire new customers and enhance the existing customer experience. Manages data reporting tools and developing/delivery of reports. Reviews and analyzes all data to develop and execute support plans to gain access to new sources of data for analysis. Acts as liaison to Business Planning, IT, and BI on all data projects and database support issues.

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Analyzes and interprets complex data and provides recommendations to the management team.

Assists with project related items as needed.

Works with engineering, product managers, supply chain representatives as needed to improve process flows, and launch new products

Provides subject matter expertise and utilizes programs for database management reporting.

Provides oversight of complex data management, including reviewing, analyzing; providing solutions and visibility of this data to department leadership.
Set and maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle
Basic knowledge of Internet customer premises equipment (CPE) including Cable Modem, eMTA, Gateway and Passive Optical Network (PON) equipment. Cable industry experience and knowledge of MSO delivery mechanisms. Experience partnering with other teams to develop a solution.

Anlayzes service order to activation processes to identify imporviement opportunities and solutions.

Identifies and communicates significant customer trends for the management team to assist in achievement of business goals.

Identifies and communicates significant customer churn drivers and trends for management team to determine course of action to assist in achievement of business goals.

Provides high level data and recommendations for the development of CPE in support of Product staff.

Tracks weekly results and provides final analysis data of program results.

Provides additional data analysis, forecasting and development of ad hoc reports as required.

Provides data and recommendations for the development of channel specific incentive programs.

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to boil down comples “stories” into presentations that management can quickly understand
Good understanding of telecommunications and data networking technologies
Ability to extract data and write queries
Ability to analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics
Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner
Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
Expert technical knowledge of multiple business applications and databases (i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, Tableau)
Cross functional management skills
Ability to motivate others in support of group and company goals
Extensive knowledge of data analysis, and related functions

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
