JOB SUMMARY The Product Analyst will be supporting the Mobile Test Device Program and will be responsible for sourcing and managing devices used across departments to test and certify mobile device launches, product launches, etc. Additionally, this role will manage the communications and training needs of the program to ensure test teams are informed and able to execute to the process plan.
Act as liaison between Product Management and technical and operational support groups impacted by new products - such as Engineering, IT, Customer Operations. Possess knowledge of each group's technical capabilities, systems, processes, capacity, etc. and applies that knowledge to translate the business or user needs into business requirements and possible solutions that can be executed within the constraints of the project and the organization.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Mobile Test Device Program: Sources and manages devices used across departments to test and certify mobile device launches, product launches, etc. · Manage the supply of test device inventory supporting Spectrum Mobile development and test teams, to include monthly inventory audits · Ensure the delivery of test devices, SIMs and Prepaid Cards to test teams meets established SLAs · Manage the Test Device budget to ensure proper accounting treatment for all test inventory and ensure costs are within annual budget · Evaluate processes and tools to identify improvements in efficiency or cost reduction. Executes duties with focus on continuous improvement methodology · Manage the communications and training needs of the program to ensure test teams are informed and able to execute to the process plan Product Lifecycle: Executes masking process that facilitates product presentation in all channels; Pre Order/Back Order campaigns for mobile devices · Execute on product catalog updates via Masking UI as directed, to include weekly product audits · Execute on Pre Order and Back Order product updates to include JIRA ticket management and cross functional communications · Execute additional tasks within the Product Lifecycle team as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills /Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to analyze and interpret data Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations Ability to manage process and training documentation Ability to facilitate cross functional training for processes related to test device program Ability to manage workflows within ticketing applications such as JIRA Ability to manage multiple projects at one time Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Ability to use personal computer & software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) Ability to quickly become subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools Strong analytical and problem solving skills Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Education Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience 3-5 years of Business Analysis experience

The pay for this position has a minimum of $55000. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
