Product Intake Analyst - Spectrum Reach

Job Summary:
Responsible for conducting business analysis and requirements gathering activities around new product requests to identify business problems and propose business solutions. Provide a complete analysis of the organizational and operational impacts of developing, implementing, and supporting a new product. Act as liaison between Product Management and Sales/Marketing, technical and operational support groups impacted by new products. Possess knowledge of each group's technical capabilities, systems, processes, capacity, etc. and applies that knowledge to translate the business or user needs into business requirements and possible solutions that can be executed within the constraints of the project and the organization
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage and support the intake of new feature requests that will enhance system functionality to support new product development, operational efficiencies and our sales strategy.
• Solicit client requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation or procedures.
• Evaluate business requirements for new/modified applications, systems, and/or integration solutions.
• Conduct reviews of and analyze business and information technology processes and prepare essential groundwork for the development of systems.
• Alert project team and business of risks and important issues.
• Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to and signed off by the appropriate roles and at the appropriate stages in a project.
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document and maintain complex data mapping requirements for the Spectrum Reach line of business.
• Perform analysis in support of process definitions for the purpose of identifying opportunities for process improvement and an improved customer experience.
• Model and forecast business trends based on historical data sets and planned product changes or feature launches.
• Exhibit a proficiency with third party reporting system and serves as the primary licensed seat holder and the day to day vendor liaison for third party reporting systems.
• Support product and feature launches with data analysis and presentation that reflects the customer’s experience and usage of the new product/feature.
• Identify data gaps, researches methods to fill these gaps and makes recommendations to business line for gap funding.
• Apply lessons learned to new projects to ensure continuous operational improvement in developing, implementing, and launching new products.
• Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
• Demonstrated track record of defining business requirements that lead to increased efficiency and productivity through the use of technology and/or enhanced processes
• Basic understanding of various technologies; able to grasp complex concepts
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework a strong plus
• Experience with Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent meeting facilitation and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills; a team player
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics
• Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to use personal computer & software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, Visio, etc.)
• Ability to quickly become subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
Required Related Work Experience:
Business Analysis experience between 3 to 5 years

The pay for this position has a salary range of $67,100.00 to $107,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
