The Path Forward Return to Work program at Spectrum is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. LOCATION: Greenwood Village, CO
Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides project management support for network operations projects as assigned.
Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies for the Engineering community to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adheres to high quality standards and meets customer expectations.
Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, directs and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality reviews; and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources.
Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.
Manages one or more cross-functional projects of high complexity or 2-5 projects of medium complexity
Manages purchase requirements for needed equipment
Creates/Modifies/Manages processes associated with given projects.
BASIC / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, and / or equivalent work experience
Minimum two (2) years of Engineering work experience
Minimum two (2) years of Project Management experience
For participation in this program, you should have been out of the paid workforce for at least 2+ years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent.

Ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse and strategic projects that impact the organization as a whole
Understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets
Knowledge in implementing program and project plans, monitoring progress, resource usage and quality
Process development and management
Experience with operations based process models and repeatable processes/projects
Self-motivated, detail oriented, and flexible
Advanced knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified
Strong understanding of multiple project management disciplines
Able to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications
Knowledge of Charter products and services
Prior telecommunications or cable industry experience
Proficient using Jira
Familiarity with SAP
