JOB SUMMARY
This position will support internet product leadership in defining, establishing, and executing cross-functional programs that will measure and materially influence the customer experience of Charter’s
internet service. This role will be at the center of fast paced, highly visible efforts and will take on
leadership in cross-functional efforts, gathering input, authoring product requirements and driving
delivery. Candidates must have strong cross-functional leadership experience and be driven to ensure a
great customer experience for all customers. The incumbent will develop a broad understanding of how
Internet connections at customer homes and businesses are delivered, managed, and upgraded. Must
be comfortable using data to communicate ideas and make decisions.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Work with engineering teams, network operations, field operations teams, customer operations teams,
digital platforms teams, and product management peers to ideate, scope, and implement various
initiatives.
Collaborative information gathering to translate high-level business objectives into specific deliverables
with appropriate documentation.
Develop communication plan for stakeholders and process participants.
Proactively identify analysis to support the effort and conduct deep analytics when appropriate while
maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Strong business sense and sense of urgency to achieve business results

Education
BS in Engineering or other technical degree related to telecommunications, field or operational / process
optimization related field required
MBA preferred, but not required

Related Work Experience / Number of Years
Product Development Process / 5-7
Related industry experience (Cable, Telecommunications,
Software/Online Services) / 5-7
Product Management and/or Product Development Experience Required, preferably in Cable,
Telecommunications, Software or Web Services

The pay for this position has a minimum of $107,600.00. The actual salary offer may be higher as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
