JOB SUMMARY Job Requirement: • 10+ years of experience in software integration testing related to Video Products (QAM/DOCSIS, IP Streaming), Cloud Native, Cable technologies, Client-Server architecture • 3+ years test management experience in Agile/SAFe and waterfall delivery in Cable Industry • Manage engineering staff involved in the integration testing, maintenance, and enhancement and troubleshooting of Video Products and Platforms. • Extensive experience of writing test strategy/test approaches /methodologies and test plans • Provide overall direction for all areas of video engineering related to new and existing cable/IP stream technologies, Extensive experience of writing test strategy/test approaches /methodologies and test plans • Develop an effective front line innovative engineering team and assist staff with developing their technical and personal skills to drive a high-performance environment and culture. • Perform manager duties such as goal setting, performance reviews, coaching and mentoring staff, etc. • Architect/Engineering to assist with decision-making and sequencing of the critical technological infrastructures that will host the new business functionality from lab and Integration perspective • Experience with virtual environments, Cloud Infrastructure, Dockers and Containers • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Chef, etc.) • Experience with Go or Python, or any Object-Oriented languages • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
