JOB SUMMARY Provide support for scalable, end-to-end deployments across a variety products. Ensure supporting detail is identified and plans are developed to enable successful launches. Track data and milestones associated with projects, and drives for timely completion. Take a leadership role on one or more launch work streams.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES Actively and consistently supports all efforts to deliver quality and scalable product deployments.
Serve as liaison between Product and Support teams to ensure scalable, high-quality launches.
Lead internal product deliver teams and other cross functional supporting teams to implement operational readiness and deliver product launch objectives.
Develop relationships with key stakeholders on cross-functional teams to identify in advance any customer or operations-impacting issues.
Make action item recommendations to improve product delivery and operational processes.
Provide detail for, and initiates summary views of projects and issues/risks/blockers encountered. Prepares teams to correct issues through ongoing operations, and deployment processes. Define and collaborate with other teams to develop business rules and execute product launch strategy and plan.

Education Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Related Work Experience 6-10 years of Business/operations experience and analysis

The pay for this position has a minimum of $90600.
