Do you have IoT experience and the technical background to help Charter become the leading provider of Connected Home services in collaboration with Smart Home ecosystem and product companies?

As a Product Manager for IoT you will be responsible for creating the roadmap and defining user stories to create and launch Charter’s Connected Home platform. You will work closely with Charter’s Engineering and IoT business partners to deliver roadmap objectives, on-time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a business background with a technical foundation.

Actively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Responsible for defining and owning the product for the full product development lifecycle, including ongoing product improvement.
Perform business analysis duties including business requirements to further articulate product definition and requirements documentation in requirement management tool.
Advance understanding of industry best practices in product development process specific to the Connected Home space and translate appropriate steps for unique organization and market position.
Analyze information and provide high-level process goals into specific sub-processes with appropriate documentation and support of a Project Manager.
Supports the development and communication of product strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
Works with technical and business teams, product management peers, project management and business analysis team, and other cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic vision of Product Owner, as well as leading the product launches and enhancements in the portfolio.
Ensures communication with all stakeholders is being managed effectively.
Develop product requirements and user stories to iteratively deliver IoT products and services
Advocate security by design principles to ensure all aspects of the product are built to be secureThe ideal candidate is recognized as a subject matter expert in the smart home industry

BA/BS technical degree related to the telecommunications field
