JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of application and reporting solutions to address business needs. Possess a detailed understanding of business processes, and the systems utilized to implement business processes in order to achieve Company goals. Provide detailed analysis to business problems utilizing data from disparate sources. Design, recommend, and implement solutions to business problems to assist management, leadership, and end users meet their business goals in various operational areas within the Company. Systems Analysts are the liaisons between the Business Analysts and the technical solution providers such as Engineering, IT and/or 3 Party Solution providers.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Produce detailed analysis, documentation, and recommendations to management and leadership regarding business problems, business improvement, and business performance.

Design and implement reporting and application solutions to provide increased efficiency and consistency, higher employee satisfaction, improved customer experience, and reduced costs.

Gather, analyze, refine, validate, document and maintain complex systems requirements for all opportunity of cash order flow activities for all lines of business (video, data, voice) for residential and commercial services.

Analyze system interdependencies, system requirements, risks, risk mitigators that could impact or be impacted by the delivery of new products, services, processes and/or support technologies. This includes assessing and communicating impacts of systems changes and/or outages to the business.

Define, document, implement and track related systems rules/policies/configurations.

Understand business processes/functions supported by existing manual and automated process enablers

Recommend and support implementation of business process redesigns where applicable; leverage available or new technologies/capabilities.

Translate functional specifications into systems/technical specifications for use by DBAs and/or developers for system configuration and deployment.

Maintain library of systems/technical specifications via Change Management processes.

Create and maintain library of test cases and traceability to documented business and system requirements.

Function as the liaison between the Business Analysts and the technical support personnel such as IT/OSS/Billing/3rd Party suppliers DBAs, developers, integrators, etc. to properly interpret and deliver to the technical specifications.

Analyzes the state of the QA test environments; determines configurations and all data attributes as applied to the current and future needs of in-flight projects. Works with project teams to righ-size project traffic in the environments
Manages consistent overlay and refresh cadence of the test environemnts, while partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors to correctly size unique biller data attributes as driven by their project requirements. Understands and accounts for downstream consuming applications (web and server based) as well as joining application programming interfaces. Identifies and maintains constant communication with application owners. During post UAT works with project teams to return environments to a usuable state. Secures data-clean confirmantion from project teams
Designs and implements No Go and Hot Fix plans relative to environment readiness. Advises Stakeholders on risks, threats and consequences of proceeding to Production in spite of UAT findings that are less-than-desirable
Partners with project teams to ensure best practice data and permissions readiness adherence relavant to Code Drops and Freeze Dates; designs and implements project specific rollback plans and provides detailed advice to the Sr. Manager regarding project’s ability or inability to maintain velocity within set guardrails
Perform other duties as required

Knowledge of process and project management
Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
