As a Federal Account Success Consultant, you proactively identify roadblocks and overcome obstacles to increase business while enhancing the Federal client experience. You serve in an inside client-facing position aligned with the Federal Sales team developing data, voice and video solutions for Federal agencies and partners. You excel at detailed account management and building client relationships that foster trust and long-term retention. You continuously strive for excellence and thrive in an office environment supporting Sales teams via in person and digitally. You report directly to the Manager of Enterprise Federal Sales Accounts for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Enhance and simplify the sales cycle by responding to inbound calls and marketing leads, managing sales and service requirements and engaging boundary partners to resolve issues.
Develop and foster valued based relationships with Federal Government Clients by providing active and consistent sales and support efforts focused on simplifying and enhancing the Client experience
Grow key Federal Government relationships and maximize opportunities to upsell or cross-sell by consulting on fiber and coaxial products and services.
Encourage long-term client retention through a collaboration with other departments to resolve client issues.
Recommend areas for improvement through ongoing monitoring and the evaluation of internal processes and tools.
Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
Two years of experience supporting Federal clients.
Experience selling data, voice or video solutions in the telecommunications business-to-business (B2B) industry.
Proven record of sales success with references.
History of persuasively presenting products and services to meet client needs while addressing and overcoming objections to close sales.
Track record of providing the highest quality of service to clients.
Competitive and driven to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals and stay motivated while working within company policies and Federal regulations.
Adept at organizing and prioritizing time to ensure delivery of results while displaying a strong work ethic.
Maintain high-performance levels and persistence in very difficult, changing, uncertain or other stressful situations.
Proven multi-tasking skills within a fast-paced environment with the ability to listen to individuals on the phone while navigating multiple screens and entering information.
Commitment to maintaining client and business confidentiality.
Adaptive with the ability to provide a unique positive client experience by adjusting personality and sales approach to match each client’s style.
Consistently pursue self-development, seek feedback and be receptive to coaching.
Quick learner with the ability to apply knowledge learned through formal training and on-the-job experience
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to obtain and hold security clearances.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
Valid state driver's license and insurance, satisfactory driving record and availability to travel.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
