You drive business and accelerate the sales cycle for Spectrum Enterprise Sales teams. As the Enterprise Field Marketing Manager, you excel at identifying, developing and implementing event strategies and sponsorships. You maximize sales revenue by reviewing, sourcing and training teams on industry-current sales tools. You have a keen ability for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to see projects completed effectively and efficiently. You lead projects within an office environment and travel frequently to achieve company objectives. You report to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Field Marketing for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Be an effective marketing leader through active and consistent support of all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
Maximize lead generation, sales productivity and profitability in the midmarket and strategic sales channels through the development, execution and management of tradeshows, sponsorships and other industry events.
Improve the impact of local marketing initiatives by working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams to align sales initiatives with the overall strategy
Ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) by analyzing and budgeting the portfolio, including accurate forecasting, tracking and measurement of field marketing initiatives.
Accelerate the sales cycle by implementing sales blitzes and closing tools.
Ensure successful market initiatives by developing market plans, events and programs that are within budget and on schedule.
Track efficiency and success of marketing initiatives by defining metrics and presenting reports to senior leadership.
Successfully support the launch of sales programs and initiatives by serving as the liaison with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing and Finance teams.
Facilitate the development of client-facing materials for frontline teams through collaboration with Branding and Content Marketing teams.
Required keys for success:
Five or more years of marketing and event experience.
Client-focused with a proven track record of success in exceeding growth and profitability goals through innovative marketing and event programs.
Collaborative and team-based professional with the ability to communicate a passion for winning.
Demonstrated service orientation and comfortable communicating with senior-level executives.
Strategic thinker and self-starter that can work independently with strong attention to detail.
History of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
Knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
