- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
- Experience working with computers and multiple software applications
- Strong verbal communication and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work in fast paced work environment
- Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
- You will need speakers or headphones for the audio section
- Find a place where you will not be distracted - DO NOT pause the assessment and DO NOT let the system time out or you will receive errors
