Spectrum’s - San Antonio Customer Service Center continues to grow. We are currently looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Afternoon and Evening shifts at a starting pay rate of $15 per hour plus a $0.75 Shift Differential.

We are currently conducting interviews for our New Hire Classes starting on February 18th and March 4th . Complete the application and on-line assessment as described below. We will be contacting you soon to conduct an initial interview by telephone and then schedule an on-site interview in the next few weeks!

What do you need to get started?


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English
  • Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferably in a call center environment
  • Experience working with computers and multiple software applications
  • Strong verbal communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to work in fast paced work environment
  • Must be able to work afternoons, evenings and weekends
