As a Senior Manager, Local Programmatic Sales, you will support Spectrum Reach’s rapidly growing programmatic CTV direct sales efforts to national and regional brands & agencies.  In this role, you will work with a team of experienced addressable/streaming TV sales professionals as well as drive Programmatic direct sales for a specific list of target customers.  You and your team will be focused on developing and executing account development plans to grow revenue across all solutions inclusive of programmatic deals including PMP (Private Marketplace) and PG (Programmatic Guaranteed). 

Major Duties & Responsibilities Include:

  • Increase revenue with a focus on programmatic, achieving personal and team goals.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and ensure success in achieving the company’s and our client’s business objectives.
  • Support a high-energy sales culture that fosters success, enthusiasm, and a winning atmosphere.
  • Partner with internal peers and associated cross functional teams to innovate and scale solution enhancements required to accelerate revenue.
  • Maintain effective communications with executive team and managers across the organization to ensure Sales Plan is executed and/or modified as needed and that revenues goals are achieved.
  • Own the message when conveying direction from leadership.
  • Proactively communicate bad news quickly and directly to manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactively grow and maintain network for potential partnerships.
  • Actively seeks feedback from internal customers relative to the team’s processes and performance.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACH

Required Qualifications

  • Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 3-5 leadership experience with proven track record of leading media sales teams to increasing levels of performance.
  • 5+ years sales experience with proven track record of building customer partnerships and achieving sales budgets.
  • Prior leadership experience in a revenue impacting capacity withing programmatic CTV
  • Previous experience building, managing, and growing team revenue pipeline of PMP and PG deals with programmatic agencies, trading desks, and marketplaces.
  • Skilled in sales strategy, sales planning, and revenue forecasting
  • Passionate about the convergence of entertainment, technology, and data that is fueling new opportunities for Spectrum Reach and our customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence while building strong relationships at all levels both externally and internally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to quickly scale progress in a complex business landscape.
