As a Digital Product Owner, you are passionate about continuously enhancing client satisfaction. You ensure successful delivery of features in our client-facing Enterprise web portal by translating requirements from Digital Product Managers into user stories and requirements for our development and test teams. You maximize the department’s success by creating lasting partnerships with boundary partners and providing detailed communications with business and technical stakeholders. You work within an office environment supporting projects across the Spectrum Enterprise footprint. You report to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Experience for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Encourage company-wide success by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and improve the client experience.
Facilitate and support the communication between digital experience stakeholders and development and test teams to strengthen shared understanding and make the development process more efficient.
Improve the client portal by developing a comprehensive understanding of what it does and the value it presents to clients.
Ensure clients’ needs are met by leading an Agile development team and managing the definition, design and development of digital product charters and visions, including providing analysis, understanding product priorities, connecting team members to resolve conflict or clarify misunderstandings and driving requirements to resolution.
Manage and prioritize the backlog by creating user stories for our API and UI development and test teams that reflect the desired functionality and provide a complete set of acceptance criteria that can be used to synthesize user stories, accessibility requirements, data maps, wireframes, operational requirements and prerequisite dependencies.
Enhance project outcomes by participating in Agile ceremonies, including story refinement, grooming and planning.
Maximize communications by identifying ways to connect people with each other to acquire the necessary information.
Establish and maintain relationships across the program to support successful delivery.
Mitigate risks by serving as a subject matter expert on technical implementation details, specifically system interactions.
Required keys for success:
Six or more years of experience in product development or management in a specific supported product line.
General technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate software development concepts.
Strong analytical and documentation skills and keen attention to detail.
Experience with Agile software development principles.
Proven ability to read and specify various data output formats, including JSON and XML.
Familiar with software and architectural documentation practices, such as sequence diagrams and when to use them and process diagramming.
Understanding of data source systems and how data interacts with software and web user interfaces.
Track record of effectively managing multiple projects while making decisions and resolving issues while working under pressure
Expert in analyzing and interpreting data and synthesizing recommendations
Business acumen and sense of urgency to achieve business results.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
Familiar with REST and SOAP API fundamentals and their role in architecture.
Experience with Postman or similar API tools.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field related to telecommunications or operational/process optimization (required).
