JOB SUMMARY Responsible for Cross Channel TV, Spectrum TV App (STVA), Household Addressable (HHA) and Digital Marketing banner planning process, including plan implementation and liaisons with internal and external partners to develop schedules and allocations. Ensures proper airing of creative across Charter footprint. Works with management within the organization to establish the infrastructure needed to support channel partners.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Creates, maintains, and coordinates cross channel allocations across all available inventory.
Develops audiences/targeting strategy for STVA, Household Addressable and banner ads in partnership with brand/creative and digital marketing/CX; maintains traffic instructions
Coordinates on-air copy rotations between Charter and all third party MSOs.
Determines creative rotation weighting percentage in accordance to media level and fulfillment requirements.
Creates cross channel media schedules for corporate marketing television advertising inventory.
Works closely with Cross Channel Manager to tactically drive company-wide goals and initiatives.
Works with media analysts to review contracts.
Analyzes areas within the planning workflow that can be improved and suggest process enhancements.
Handles ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely and efficient manner.
Creates media schedules on a monthly basis.
Manages multiple markets/systems with full oversight on cross channel activity.
Responsible for integration of systems, data and inventory.
Works directly with Spectrum Reach teams in management of all activity.
Works with brand and creative teams for Residential, Multicultural and SMB business units.
Works with Spectrum News Networks marketing team.
Works with Partnerships & Promotions team to ensure Co-Op plans run as requested.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Ability to analyze and interpret information Ability to prioritize and organize effectively Strong analytical skills Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment Ability to prioritize and organize effectively to manage multiple projects and tasks Ability to manage all phases of a large project from beginning to end with sufficient autonomy Ability to work well with people from all levels of the organization, many different disciplines and varying degrees of technical and business experience Ability to work independently, make recommendations and decisions, and resolve problems while working under pressure Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Strong attention to detail balanced with the ability to think strategically Exemplary verbal and written communication and superior interpersonal and presentation skills Strong time management and problem solving skills
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline and/or an equivalent experience
Related Work Experience Number of Years Relevant media/cross channel experience 3+
Marketing/Digital Advertising experience 1+
WORKING CONDITIONS Standard office environment May require occasional travel (10-20%)
