Highlights:
You are passionate about creating demand and driving leads for new client acquisition and existing client expansion. As the Director of Enterprise Marketing, you excel at strategizing, executing and optimizing marketing campaigns and commercial client acquisition programs for the entire Spectrum Enterprise product line. You ensure successful campaign outcomes through informed data-driven course corrections and the allocation of resources.
You maximize efforts and ensure consistent execution of marketing strategies by leveraging partnerships with Sales, Product Management and other internal teams. You serve as a role model across the Marketing function directing campaigns from an office position and traveling as needed to meet company objectives. You report to the Vice President of Enterprise Campaign Strategy for goals and guidance.

What you will do:
• Encourage company-wide excellence and growth by actively and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the client experience.
• Increase sales and revenue by developing strategies based on proven marketing best practices and modern marketing strategies targeted at IT and telecommunication service decision-makers.
• Drive leads to business development representatives and provide warm handoffs to outside field professionals by guiding the strategy and execution for the Commercial Enterprise Marketing team.
• Review firmographic, telecommunication spend and buying propensity of client data to design targeted and sized marketing programs.
• Enable enterprise marketing teams to identify, activate and engage buying groups that represent prioritized and segmented selling opportunities through the acquisition and utilization of third-party data to supplement proprietary data.
• Develop strategic programs to provide sales professionals with compelling levers to effectively engage with buying group decision-makers in new and current markets.
• Engage target audiences by using existing internal brand foundation to develop and promote new content.
• Enhance the sales of internet, networking, Voice, Unified Communications and TV solutions by partnering with Product Marketing to align product position and messaging.
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing Operations to evaluate program effectiveness while documenting and reporting on campaign attribution, direct marketing contribution, marketing influence and programmatic results.
Required keys for success:
• Ten years of experience in marketing, demand or lead generation, execution and communication.
• Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing.
• History of effectively understanding and analyzing market sizing and prospect segmentation data, developing unique client insights and translating them into detailed marketing strategies for large enterprise buying groups.
• Expert in modern marketing strategies and platforms enabled by marketing automation, client relationship management systems, segmentation and personalization strategies and digital targeting marketing platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest techniques in account-based marketing and complex account marketing strategies.
• Sales or sales support experience in the enterprise technology industry with substantial experience working with Sales to open new accounts and expand sales in existing accounts.
• Track record of multi-tasking across several different functional teams, agency partners and 80+ members of a marketing team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
How you will stand out from the crowd:
• Experience in B2B telecommunications marketing.
Your education:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination education, training and experience (required).
• Master’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
