This position is responsible for providing support duties to the facilities organization as needed with emphasis on cost control, expense and capital budget management and project management. Has general understanding of all facilities-type functions and orchestrates support as needed. Demonstrates a high level of customer service and is effective at conflict management, process development and problem-solving. Frequently interacts with company leaders in problem solving, issues management and escalations related to the organization.

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience

Develop and execute reports that measure performance such as capital and expense reports and purchase order/capital tracking reports for the facilities organization

Develop, compile and distribute Travel Management Reports to senior leadership for the company

Trouble-shoots problems as needed

Complete daily and weekly facility related tasks such as bill payment, CPR's, Purchase Orders, travel issues management , administration of travel user ids and special projects including real property research

Frequently deal with landlord issues and travel complaints and works to identify and implement the effective solution

Coordinate communication between Travel Management Company, Travel Users and Management, real estate team and KMA's

Perform other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to use office equipment, including telephone, computer, printer and copier
Ability to work in a team oriented, fast paced, high demand environment
Work independently and manage time efficiently

High School Degree or equivalent
