JOB SUMMARY
This position is an integral part of the Business Intelligence group reporting to the Sr. Director of BI Operations and Services. This role will be responsible for supporting and maintaining organizational efficiencies within the Business Intelligence group, specifically in administrative, project management and financial operations. This job requires cross-functional understanding of different verticals within the group, ability to connect dots, reduce friction in processes, communicate with and support senior leadership as needed. This is a high visibility role and requires a candidate who can think outside the box and develop processes to streamline operations for the group. The candidate should have an eye for detail, a creative mind and the ability to build and enhance processes and tools.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinates with Company’s business planning teams to develop and maintain efficient budget processes for the group

Works with Business Intelligence Leaders to consolidate budget submissions and presentations

Develops and publishes metrics and reports to track financial health, team performance and process efficiencies of the group

Coordinates all contingent workforce management processes (in FieldGlass) including vendor management, job requisition creation, onboarding of resources, timesheet and Purchase Order reconciliation

Identifies potential problems and points of friction in processes and works to find solutions in order to maximize process efficiencies

Develops and maintains standard and efficient processes and tools to support management reporting – recurring and as needed basis

Educates and promotes standardized management reporting processes (month end updates, status reports, templates, etc.) within all teams in Business Intelligence

Coordinates with different teams to foster exchange of ideas and provide cross-team learning opportunities. Example: brown-bags, standardize knowledge sharing intranet site (Chalk), etc.

Develops and maintains knowledge of vertical team’s projects and develop project summaries as needed for senior leadership consumption

Work closely with Senior Leadership and compile required information as needed while responding to changing priorities quickly

Accountable for the execution of established program management processes and methodologies

Mentors and works with team’s financial analyst in developing management tools and financial reports

Exceptional listening, written and verbal communication skills
Excellent project and program management skills
Excellent PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and presentation skills
Advanced SharePoint administration and development skills
Advanced skills in developing executive level PowerPoint presentations that are apt and aesthetically pleasing
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus
Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and guidance
Advanced understanding and ability to manage complex program and project budgets
Advanced understanding of financial and budgeting processes

Education, Certification & Licenses
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is strongly preferred
