JOB SUMMARY: The Spectrum Manager of Multicultural Marketing will assist the Director of Multicultural Digital and Retention Marketing with the development and implementation of multicultural Retention plans and strategies. The Manager, of MCM Retention will provide direction, planning and implementation of strategies to support customer and revenue growth, retention, engagement, and optimal customer experience to positively impact customer perception of Charter’s brand, products and services. This role will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of initiatives through multiple channels and tactics, tracking and analyzing customer trends and reporting results from marketing initiatives.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understand and apply key retention marketing concepts, processes and practices related to increasing customer retention, engagement and improving lifetime value Develop marketing objectives, strategies, plans, and execute programs intended to engage and retain customers, with a special focus on key milestones in the customer lifecycle or business priorities (ex. onboarding, tenure, move/transfer, digital adoption) Support efforts that lead to simplify and enhance the customer experience with Spectrum throughout customer touch points (Digital, Product, Inbound, Print, and Collateral) Manage the agency and the accuracy of in-language customer communications for Spanish and other languages, as needed. Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with internal teams to preserve a uniform vision of retention goals and outcomes, a desired customer experience, and effective go-to-market executions. Approve projects, POs and invoices as appropriate Perform other duties as requested by supervisor
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and Spanish
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way
Education Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or related field
Related Work Experience 4+ years of Industry experience in consumer technology or related industries Experience in gathering and analyzing actionable metrics
PREFERRED WORK EXPERIENCE Experience in brand management, Loyalty/customer relationship, or digital
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to problem solve creatively
Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
Knowledge of analytic tools i.e. Microstrategy, Tableau, PRISM, Kibana, Adobe
