This position will provide critical analytical support and take specific managerial ownership of Capital & Operating costs (Contract Labor, Computer Maintenance, Telecom costs). This individual will be involved with monthly result reporting, quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. This individual will also support the completion of ad hoc financial analyses involving financial trends, operational metrics and risk management. This individual will partner with cross functional teams to assume the following responsibilities:
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the operational and planning functions for Billing Operations and Technology and Billing Strategy and Design by working with Customer Operations Business Partners to develop forecasts, reporting, summaries and integrated analysis of financial and operational metrics.
Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert between Customer Operations Business Planning and Accounting regarding operating & capital entries.
Manage budget/forecast functions, development of models, reporting and analysis
Ability to rebuild, enchance and/or create dynamic Financial Models to help drive efficiencies, accuracy and process improvements that enable leadership to make key strategic decisions based on the results of the models.
Act as a liaison to the Business Planning team in support of monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends related to department budget process
Provide oversight of complex data management, including reviewing, analyzing; providing solutions and visibility of this data to department leadership
People managing, coaching, and encouraging development of direct reports
Perform other duties as requested
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Superb knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred
Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Accounting, Business or related field or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience 5+ Years - Accounting/Business Planning/Finance experience 2 + Years - Management experience
