Sales & Marketing Specialist
JOB SUMMARY
The Spectrum Sales & Marketing Specialist is responsible for monitoring, reporting, executing and analyzing performance of various digital marketing programs and tactics with cross functional teams.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the digital customer experience in both residential and business areas
Support execution of digital marketing creative and tactics including Spectrum.net Banners, SMS, SEO, Digital Bill, Email, and Household Addressable (HHA)
Gather, analyze, refine, validate, visualize and maintain complex data for various lines of business (TV, Internet, Phone, Mobile with tracking of programs against budget and highlighting variations and trends)
Create and maintain trending dashboards for consumption by working and executive teams
Perform data mining and analysis for the purpose of identifying opportunities to improve Marketing campaign performance, digital adoption and the customer experience
Model and forecast business trends based on historical data sets and planned product changes or feature launches
Develop and maintain an internal ticketing system for project requests and requests into other teams; organize and maintain team documents for historical tracking and legal compliance
Exhibit a proficiency with third party reporting systems (e.g. Tableau, Adobe Analytics) and serve as the primary licensed seat holder and day to day liaison
Apply lessons learned to ensure continuous operational improvement in developing, implementing, and launching new digital campaigns and tactics
Proof digital materials and support activity for a flawless customer experience
Create POs and track expenses
Perform other duties as requested by Management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
1+ years: Marketing/Digital advertising experience
1+ years: Business Analysis experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Knowledge of cable TV, Internet, Phone and Mobile products and services

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straightforward manner

- Ability to work well independently, as well as in cross-functional groups
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to define key performance indicators / metrics
- Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
- Ability to use personal computer & software applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
- Ability to quickly become subject matter expert on multiple databases and reporting tools
- Strong analytical, problem solving and data-visualization skills
- Familiarity with digital analytics & dashboards such as Tableau, Prism, Adobe analytics
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and processes
- Familiarity with internal document sharing and ticketing systems such as Chalk, SharePoint and JIRA
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Engineering, Math or related field or equivalent experience
Related Work Experience
1+ years: Marketing/Digital advertising experience
1+ years: Business Analysis experience
