Highlights: As an experienced Senior Analyst Relations Manager, you focus on developing and implementing an effective AR program aligned with brand and business objectives. You excel at managing and growing an AR program to efficiently support strategic marketing and growth objectives. You leverage analyst insights and shape market perceptions through the AR strategy and project timeline. You positively represent the organization through relationship building and in-depth professional communications while engaging and influencing the IT analyst community.
You serve as a strategic team member in our integrated Enterprise marketing team providing insight and assistance to product marketing, product management and executive teams. You have a keen ability for identifying roadblocks and overcoming obstacles to increase growth while reducing costs. You successfully complete projects through decisive leadership and the coordination of internal and external resources. You report directly to the Director of Strategic Communications for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
Leverage the existing management structure through the development of a comprehensive AR strategy.
Collect data from industry analysts by managing the processes for ongoing communications and interactions.
Inform teams across the organization by facilitating analyst briefings and inquiries as needed across the entire product portfolio, vertical markets and strategic initiatives, such as brand and client experience.
Work with Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Legal and executives to complete questionnaires for consideration and inclusion in analyst reports.
Champion for the organization by understanding and articulating the technology and strategy to senior leadership.
Enhance the department by capturing and summarizing discussions, insights and follow-up items to Product Marketing, Produce Management and executive team meetings.
Collaborate with analysts to complete research reports and whitepapers.
Ensure that analyst quotes, statistics and report excerpts can be included in marketing materials by securing all appropriate permissions from analyst firms and management.
Prepare for analyst briefings and inquiries by managing the development and approval of presentations and documents.
Promote fiscal success by acting in accordance with the budget when planning and recommending analyst research services.
Improve brand awareness by supporting the strategic communications team in other public relations programs and activities.
Drive project success by responding to analyst inquiries, and monitoring briefings, ensuring that deliverables are provided and suggesting research topics.
Achieve deliverables by developing and monitoring the analyst calendars for planned research.
Maximize team efforts through the facilitation of information exchange with other departments and teams.
Required keys for success:
Eight or more years of experience managing AR programs and relationships within enterprise technology organizations.
Experience working within corporate communications.
Knowledge of integrated marketing activities.
Comfortable representing technology and Spectrum Enterprise in a polished and professional manner.
Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
