JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for the strategic development, oversight and execution of effective marketing strategies and tactics to drive company growth. Manage projects from inception to completion, including (where applicable) post campaign analysis and summary report.
This position is also tasked with managing programs to positively impact consumer/customer perception of Charter's brand. Emphasis is on improving customer relationships and providing creative support to multiple internal groups, including Spectrum Community Solutions and Customer Communications. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience
Execute on marketing plans and create marketing tactics for specific campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Successfully manage the execution of those plans and flawlessly execute creative that supports those plans. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects and gains consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
Create, write and implement marketing tactics to support customer communications and Spectrum Community Solutions (e.g., postcards, bill statement messages, e-mails, etc.).
Responsible for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Work with outside ad agencies to develop, coordinate and implement enterprise-wide marketing campaigns and promotions (when applicable).
Manage updates to presentation supporting Community Solutions resident marketing, including gathering all creative and results for presentation to Sr. leadership on a monthly basis.
Keep team apprised of potential risks and other key nuances which may impact projects.
Manage team of 2 (Sr. Specialist and Specialist).
Performs other duties as requested. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills /Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Strong writing and proofreading skills required, for use both internally and for the development of customer facing materials Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback in a constructive way Must possess a high-level of proficiency in PowerPoint and all Microsoft Office applications Ability to make decisions and resolve problems while working under pressure Ability to conduct formal presentations to all levels of management on issues or findings in assigned areas or subjects Ability to efficiently manage resources and prioritize tasks Ability to think creatively and strategically Highly developed capacity for teamwork and a strong focus on the customer/ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Ability to manage and motivate team members

Education Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, communications or related field
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Skills /Abilities and Knowledge Knowledge of cable television products and services Proven ability to manage and direct creative agencies
